Welcome to the Dover-Sherborn English Department Homepage. This page is
a resource for both students and faculty at Dover-Sherborn. This site

Our Philosophy
We believe that reading
and writing are the means by which young adults begin to define themselves
in the world. Through language they learn to formulate questions, test
beliefs, establish connections and take a stand. Our curriculum emphasizes
the joys of reading and writing, the value of inquiry and reflection,
and the importance of excellence in any endeavor.
Homework
If homework assignments are not accessible online for any reason,
students will still be responsible as they should have obtained the
assignments during class. Please be sure to get your assignments
before you leave class!
